Baylin Technologies Inc. has announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Sweden-based Kaelus AB, a provider of wireless infrastructure antenna and radio-frequency (RF) equipment. The acquisition brings Kaelus together with Baylin and its wholly owned subsidiary, Galtronics, expanding the combined company’s RF solutions portfolio across cellular infrastructure, custom antennas, RF conditioning, synchronization, and test and measurement. Was a pleasure speaking on the Case Studies in Connected Environments Connect (X): Powered by WIA. Tracy Ford moderated the panel which included Michael J. Zeto III, Johnathan Lewis, and Kaylee Stechmann. I really enjoyed the discussion and the wide variety of experiences the panelists brought. I also enjoyed talking about the success and growth of Baylin Technologies Inc.'s @Galtronics, and in particular the success we have had with our innovative Multibeam antennas in solving high density, high traffic challenges for our customers. 30 Terabytes of traffic during a Taylor Swift concert in Toronto at Rogers Center by Rogers is incredibly impressive. Seeing it trumped by a new 40 Terabyte record by Deutsche Telekom at the Hockenheim Ring in Germany is incredible. Fun stuff to share...
