Organizations are rethinking how work gets done. As AI, automation, and operational transformation converge, the real challenge is turning technology into reliable, practical outcomes. That’s why Advania has acquired Evolv Robotics, an Icelandic specialist in business automation. The acquisition strengthens Advania’s automation capabilities, adds a highly specialized team of automation engineers to the group, and marks Advania’s first acquisition in Iceland in more than a decade. https://lnkd.in/dSbzhPUv

We are continuing to build Advania in Denmark. Today, we are joining forces with Cortex Consult A/S, a company that has built strong customer relationships and a reputation for high-quality IT operations over more than 25 years. Cortex brings deep expertise in managed services and a loyal customer base, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. That is exactly what we are looking for as we grow in Denmark. Denmark is a priority market for us, and this move reflects that. We are glad to be doing it under Siggi Thorsteinsson's leadership. Welcome to Advania. https://lnkd.in/dzgug7B7

Every business has complex IT needs, and the performing arts are no exception. Music venues, theatres, and cultural institutions must operate reliably, securely, and at scale. From ticketing and customer platforms to underlying infrastructure, Advania supports the digital foundations that allow performances to run smoothly, protecting both operations and revenue so organisations can focus on creativity rather than technology. 158,026 devices. Not manufactured. Circulated. That number says something about what sustainable IT looks like when it moves from policy to practice. The conversation around technology and sustainability often stays abstract. Targets. Commitments. Frameworks. The real impact sits in the infrastructure already in use, the devices that still work, the assets replaced before their time. That is where we focus. Lifecycle management. Infrastructure optimisation. Helping customers understand what their IT actually costs, in money and in resources. Because the most effective way to reduce impact is often to use what you already have better. Advania today publishes its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025. The results reflect a year of strong performance across all markets. Revenue reached SEK 18.4 billion, representing 22% growth year on year. Adjusted EBITDA surpassed SEK 2 billion for the first time. Cash conversion remained strong at 104%. Behind the numbers is a shift reshaping the market. Organisations are consolidating their IT relationships around fewer, more capable partners. The expectation is no longer just delivery. It is long-term accountability, resilience, and the ability to turn new technology into real operational value. That is the position Advania is building. We’ve spent the past year building real AI capability at Advania. Strengthening our teams. Investing in infrastructure. Embedding AI across the organization. In Sweden, that now includes training every employee. It’s good to see that work getting noticed. NVIDIA has named Advania Sweden a Rising Star in the Nordics. We’re confident in the path we’re on. This is a strong signal we’re heading in the right direction. Strong work by the team in Sweden, Daniel Albertsson, Errol Norlum, Daniel Persson and others! We’re just getting started. https://lnkd.in/d5fqaSHJ

The world of AI is moving fast. Separating signal from noise is becoming increasingly important. Maarten Kanters offers a clear and grounded take on where the real value lies.
Most companies are using AI. Very few are seeing real business impact. Why? Because AI is too often pasted on top of old ways of working instead of changing how work actually gets done. This article explores why productivity tools alone won’t transform your business—and why the real value of AI comes from redesigning workflows, ownership and operating models. From “AI as a layer” to AI as part of the core. If you’re serious about turning AI investment into measurable results, this one’s for you. #AI #AIStrategy #DigitalTransformation #AgenticAI #Advania

What does the bus depot of the future look like? In Gothenburg, Sweden, it’s already up and running. At Transdev's new facility, only electric buses are allowed inside. Everything is connected, from charging to daily operations, creating a more efficient and sustainable way to run public transport. Behind it all is the digital infrastructure that keeps things moving. That’s where Advania steps in. https://lnkd.in/dZKEZVwj
