Here’s a video recap of the groundbreaking ceremony for our new campus in São Paulo. As our first project in Brazil, the event marked an important milestone in Ada’s commitment to responsibly delivering digital infrastructure to customers seeking scalable IT capacity in Latin America’s largest market. Last week we gathered with partners and colleagues to celebrate the groundbreaking of our new campus in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This project reflects Ada Infrastructure’s long-term commitment to meeting hyperscale customers’ requirements for a flexible delivery model with high-density, rack-ready capacity in Brazil. We are also committed to supporting job opportunities and workforce development in partnership with our local suppliers. Construction on the first phase of development is expected to last between 18 and 24 months, during which the site is projected to employ up to 1,000 workers. We’d like to thank everyone who helped us celebrate this great milestone!

Today we are gathered with partners, community leaders and colleagues to celebrate the groundbreaking of our new GRU10 campus in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Designed for customers seeking to deploy cloud, AI (machine learning and inference), and GPU workloads at scale, the campus will be developed in phases and served by two onsite substations totaling 300MW of capacity. The first phase includes one data center building and one onsite substation, while the full campus is planned to include up to three data center buildings.
