We're now looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join us — someone with strong accounting expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with clients while taking ownership of high-quality finance delivery. What you'll do ✔ Lead accounting and reporting delivery for a portfolio of UK and US clients ✔ Review financial statements, management reports, and month-end deliverables ✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning ✔ Strengthen financial controls and improve audit readiness ✔ Mentor junior team members and review their work ✔ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation ✔ Work closely with founders, CFOs, and finance stakeholders across growing businesses What we're looking for ✔ CA qualification ✔ 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership ✔ Strong Excel and analytical skills ✔ Experience with cloud accounting tools and modern finance workflows ✔ Confidence in working with clients and managing communication professionally ✔ A proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset Bonus if you've worked with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto etc or have experience in FP&A role.
