We are pleased to see the publication in Nature of first-in-human clinical findings for C-CAR031, now known as AZD7003, an armored GPC3-targeted CAR-T therapy evaluated in patients with heavily pretreated advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. The publication updates the preliminary safety and efficacy data presented at the 2024 ASCO Annual Meeting and reports a manageable safety profile and encouraging antitumor activity. We extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Tingbo Liang, Dr. Qi Zhang and the clinical team at The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, as well as to the patients and families whose participation made this important research possible.
