I’m honored to share that I have accepted the role of President of AAA Landscape. As I reflect on this opportunity, I can’t help but think about the journey that brought me here. Over the past 23 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of people who have challenged, supported, and shaped my career. This role is not an individual accomplishment. It reflects the dedication of the many employees, leaders, mentors, and teammates I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I also want to recognize the Underwood Brothers and Mike Walter for building a company with a strong reputation, enduring values, and a culture that has created opportunities for so many people. I’m especially grateful to our CEO, Bob Underwood, for his trust, leadership, and continued commitment to AAA Landscape. Bob remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our company, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside him as we lead AAA Landscape into its next chapter. As President, my commitment is simple: continue investing in our people. I believe our employees are the foundation of everything we accomplish. My goal is to provide them with the training, systems, leadership, and opportunities they need to grow both personally and professionally.
