🔥 Thrilled to be featured in a recent KCRA 3 & My58 Television TV segment by Kelly Curran highlighting Amentum’s partnership with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE)! The state recently extended our contract for three years, reaffirming our mission-critical role in delivering aerial firefighting support. Amentum’s fixed-wing aircraft pilots and mechanics deliver unmatched expertise to help CAL FIRE tackle the demanding job of wildfire readiness and response. "A lot of our pilots, men and women, come here with 6,000, 7,000, 8,000 hours already under their belt,” said Sean Navin, Amentum’s Program Director for Aviation Services. "You’re taking airplanes into canyons with large fires lots of smoke limited visibility, it’s inherently dangerous.” We’re proud to support CAL FIRE in protecting lives and communities across the state!
