Today (Wednesday 19 November 2025), the board of directors at 75Media Limited has made the very difficult decision to place the company into voluntary liquidation. Over the last six months, the board has explored every viable option to secure the long-term future of the business but sadly, despite extensive negotiations with our infrastructure landlord, it has not been possible to agree a way forward. Since its launch in May 2020, 75Media has always forged its own path, working innovatively to bring the brand-building power of roadside advertising to businesses of all sizes across the UK. From its first-of-a-kind billboard optioning and booking system, BOB, to its Ignite membership scheme for start-ups, 75Media has always strived to democratise out-of-home advertising and bring it closer to real businesses and causes. None of this would have been possible without the following, who we express our deepest thanks to: - Our incredible team whose talent, dedication and belief in 75Media has driven everything we have accomplished - Our wonderful clients for their trust, creativity and collaboration - Our brilliant suppliers and consultants who have supported our ambitions with expertise and commitment - The many partners and stakeholders we have worked so closely with to build something truly special We are profoundly grateful to everyone who has been part of 75Media. While today’s announcement marks the end of our trading journey, we hope that the impact we have made together across the roadside advertising landscape will endure for many years to come. - The 75Media board of directors (As of 19 November 2025, KR8 Advisory has been appointed and the process of placing the company into voluntary liquidation will begin)

Billboards spark conversation, those conversations could save a life. We’re proud to be supporting LGBT Foundation’s 'Man Enough' campaign through our 75Voices initiative. When we heard the charity needed help promoting the campaign, we wanted to spread positivity and spark conversations that show that whoever you are is more than enough. Matthew James Belfield, Head of Communications and Marketing at LGBT Foundation said “The response to the campaign has been overwhelmingly positive. We are extremely grateful for the generosity of 75Media who stepped in at the last minute to ensure this campaign could be seen and shared far and wide. Their support demonstrates the strength of solidarity and allyship in moments of need” 75Voices gives charities, great causes and communities a voice through our national billboard network. Last week, we had a fantastic opportunity to take a group of clients to the stunning Forest of Bowland in the Yorkshire Dales to see one of our meadow restoration projects in action with our charity partner, the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT). Graced with some of Yorkshire's finest autumnal weather, we planted 1,000 wildflower plugs to help boost biodiversity and strengthen local ecosystems for future generations to benefit from. From Melancholy Thistle and Meadowsweet to Ragged Robin and Great Burnet, these native species will thrive in this damp meadow habitat. A huge thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped get every single plug in the ground, and to YDMT for leading such inspiring conservation work through their Hay Time Project.
