We are closed today to show our absolute disgust at the way Minnesota residents are being harassed, mistreated and having their constitutional rights violated.
As a Minneapolis-based company, we are speaking out against the brutal actions of ICE in our city, directly impacting not only members of our organization but the children we serve. To any greater Twin Cities schools that have either officially implemented distance learning or any schools across the state of Minnesota who have students that are being kept home from school for their safety/the safety of their families, reach out. We have educational games and resources, including in Spanish, that we developed specifically for children in our community and for distance learning support. We will provide full access for free. 7 Generation Games will be closed on Jan. 23 in support of the ICE Out strike.
