Italian company CRP Group has long been an innovator in CNC, #3Dprinting, and materials. Now, it wants to assign a unique market to #3Dprinted parts with the launch of its CRP UniqTrust, a new digital traceability system that could help replace a lot of the labels and physical papers that travel along with parts. Through a public offering, IperionX has raised $50 million to help speed up the commercial rollout of its U.S. titanium manufacturing business. Cantor Fitzgerald served as the lead manager for the offering, which sold 2.275 million shares at $21.98 each. As Vanesa M. Listek reports, the funding will be used to expand its production in Virginia, continue developing its titanium project in Tennessee, and support research into its low-carbon titanium technologies.

EOS is adding Aheadd CP1 by Constellium to its materials offering, and Constellium's Al5X1 material will also stay in the portfolio. The two firms have made validated process parameters for the "designer" aluminium materials. As Joris Peels reports, the company hopes that even newer aluminiums will enter into service on the back of this development.
