30 years Mortgage Banking experience including all types origination, from retail to correspondent lending. Specialist in second mortgages since approximately 1994. Created and managed operations from their foundations and grew them to profitable and efficient divisions. Experience includes all aspects of loan origination, including operations, secondary marketing and servicing.
Currently working with Associates seeking sellers of non performing firsts and non performing seconds, unsecured seconds, charged off seconds, REO, and SND product. We also seek investors for loans that don't fit our model.
